Without going down to the basement, exit the ticket gate on the second floor and go east (left) at the taxi stand.
Continue east (towards Osaka) along the road next to the train tracks, then turn south (right) at the intersection with the Shinsunago Bridge, which crosses the train tracks from north to south.
